Dubai: Due to several regional airspace closures, Emirates has temporarily halted all flights to and from Dubai until 15:00 UAE time on Tuesday, March 3.
The airline advised travelers to check emirates.com, stating that the situation is dynamic and constantly monitored
Choices for impacted travelers
Rebook flights: On or before March 20th, travelers may rebook to the same location. Travel agents should be contacted directly by those who made their reservations; direct bookings can be handled at Emirates Support.
Make a refund request: You can use the Emirates Refund Form to obtain refunds for direct bookings.
Bookings should be made through the travel agent.
In order to receive real-time notifications, travelers are urged to make sure their contact information is updated via Manage Booking.
Until further notice, all city check-in locations in Dubai are temporarily closed.
According to Emirates, it is keeping a close eye on the issue and working with the appropriate authorities. The airline expressed regret for the inconvenience and reiterated that staff and passenger safety and security continue to be its top priorities.
