Japan Airlines (JAL) has unveiled a revised international flight schedule for the upcoming Summer 2026 season, reflecting strategic changes to frequencies, aircraft assignments, and network capacity to match strong travel demand across key global markets. These updates take effect from March 29, 2026 and will impact routes across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and North America.

To better serve peak summer travel demand, Japan Airlines is increasing capacity on several popular long-haul and leisure routes:
NagoyaāHonolulu: Flights will increase from four to seven weekly services between June 29 and September 2, operated with Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
Osaka KansaiāHonolulu & Osaka KansaiāLos Angeles: Both routes will see a rise from five to seven weekly flights during July and August, also with 787-9s.
Tokyo HanedaāHelsinki: In June, this European service will temporarily move to seven weekly flights, operated by a Boeing 777-300ER.

Tokyo NaritaāHonolulu: This popular holiday route will see up to two daily flights during peak late-April to early-May travel periods.
