With new domestic routes starting in June and July 2026, IndiGo has promised a massive flight expansion from Noida International Airport. Major cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Srinagar, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, and a number of regional locations will be connected to Noida by the airline.
With dozens of new domestic flights scheduled to begin in June and July 2026, India's largest airline, Indigo, is preparing for a significant expansion at the future Noida International Airport.
On June 15, the airline will launch special inaugural flights from the new airport. After that, regular daily flights will connect Noida with major Indian cities, religious sites, hill regions, and rural airports.
This could result in fewer airport transfers, improved regional connection, and more airline options without relying solely on Delhi Airport for travelers in Delhi-NCR and western Uttar Pradesh.Noida International Airport is a big bet for IndiGo.
The airline is happy to begin operations from Noida International Airport, which will become the third major airport in the National Capital Region after Delhi's IGI Airport and Hindon Airport, according to Aloke Singh, Chief Strategy Officer at indigo
It is anticipated that the airport, which is situated close to Jewar along the Yamuna Expressway, will develop into a significant aviation center for western Uttar Pradesh and neighboring NCR cities.
This airport's long-term vision is what makes it significant. With robust road and rail connections planned throughout the area, it is being constructed as one of India's biggest greenfield airport projects.
