Saudi Arabia's one-year umrah visa does not guaranty entry every time.

Saudi Arabia's one-year umrah visa does not guaranty entry every time.
Saudi Arabia's new one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa enables pilgrims to make several trips within 365 days, although each visit necessitates a new service package and Umrah permit. Visas cannot be utilized to enter during the Hajj season of 2027.
Saudi Arabia's new one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa allows pilgrims to undertake numerous Umrah trips, however there is a catch: the visa itself is insufficient for repeat admission.
Introduced on July 20, 2026, the visa is valid for 365 days from issuance and allows for a maximum cumulative stay of 90 days over several visits.Hajj & umrah Service Low cost 2019 Packages chennai
A new package and permit are required for every trip.
After departing Saudi Arabia, the visa is terminated. Before returning, pilgrims must meet the admission requirements again. For each future Umrah trip, travelers must:
Purchase a new, approved Umrah service package.
Obtain a fresh Umrah permit using the Nusuk portal.
Meet the necessary entrance and travel restrictions.
Saudi authorities monitor each entry and exit to determine the remaining days from the 90-day cumulative allowance.
For Indian pilgrims planning several Umrah visits from locations such as Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru, the one-year visa should be seen as repeat-entry eligibility, rather than a standing authorization to travel anytime they wish. The Hajj 2027 Restriction Matters.
There is another significant constraint. A visa granted in late 2026 may still be valid when Hajj 2027 arrives, but it cannot be activated for admission during the pilgrimage season.
The restriction is in effect from the first of Dhu Al-Qi'dah until the thirteenth of Dhu al-Hijjah.
That distinction is easy to overlook when arranging a year-long pilgrimage itinerary. Saudi Arabia has progressively separated visa validity from actual entry eligibility, especially during the strictly restricted Hajj period.استقبال الحجاج في المملكة العربية السعودية.. بداية رحلة إيمانية ميسرة
What Indian Pilgrims Should Prepare For
If you are an Indian pilgrim and intend to conduct Umrah more than once in the coming year, check the following before each trip:
Your multiple-entry visa is still valid for 365 days.
You've bought the required approved service package.
A fresh umrah permit has been issued.
Your total stay does not exceed 90 days.
Your scheduled arrival does not fall under the Hajj entrance restrictions.
The practical benefit is obvious: a single visa can cover numerous Umrah visits, perhaps making future travel from India easier to schedule. However, each visit requires new arrangements and approvals.

We consider the visa as beneficial for regular Indian pilgrims, but it is not a free pass for subsequent visits. Plan each Umrah journey independently, especially given Hajj restrictions.
