VFS Global Adds Two New Centers to Its Singapore Visa Services in India
VFS Global opens Singapore visa application centers in Chennai and Chandigarh, making it easier for people in India to apply for business, tourist, and family visit visas.
Exciting news for tourists who intend to visit Singapore in 2026. It's now easier to apply for a Singapore visa. In order to facilitate the application process for candidates from Punjab and Tamil Nadu, VFS Global has established new Singapore visa application centers in Chennai and Chandigarh.
The expansion follows the appointment of VFS Global as an Authorized Visa Agent for the Singaporean High Commission in New Delhi and the Singaporean Consulate-General in Chennai.

It is important to note that both locations offer normal visa support services, including document submission and biometric enrollment, and are open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Immigration authorities in Singapore have the last say over visa approval. Only front-end and administrative tasks are managed by VFS Global.
Processing Time for Singapore Visas
A Singapore visa typically takes three to five working days to process, excluding the day of application submission.
But occasionally, it could take longer, particularly during the busiest travel seasons or if more inspections are needed. To minimize last-minute delays, it's usually a good idea to apply early.
