Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 / Nairobi (Arrival):
Upon arrival into Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Nairobi.
Day 2 / Nairobi - Shaba Game Reserve:
Heading north after an early breakfast, you pass near Thika. After Nanyuki town, continue north, eventually reaching a dusty outpost known as Isiolo. From here it’s a fairly short hop to Shaba, arrival at the lodge in time for lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive, arriving back at the lodge as the sunsets. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 3 / Shaba Game Reserve:
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. After lunch there will be another game drive. Later, return back to the lodge as the sunsets. Dinner & Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 4 / Shaba Game Reserve - Lake Nakuru:
Leaving the Shaba Game Reserve after breakfast, arrive at Lake Nakuru around midday. Once in the park, view game en-route to the lodge. Following lunch, there is an afternoon game drive. Later, return back to the lodge as the sunsets. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 5 / Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara Reserve:
Following an early morning breakfast, leave Lake Nakuru behind and head for Njoro town. Then travel across the “breadbasket” of Kenya, reach at Masai Mara in time for lunch. Following lunch, there is an afternoon game drive, returning to the camp as the sunsets. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 6 / Masai Mara Reserve:
Early morning and afternoon game drives. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 7 / Masai Mara Reserve - Nairobi (Departure):
Breakfast at your lodge. Check out and drive to Nairobi. Drop off at Airport in Nairobi in the afternoon for your departure flight. (B)
