Windhoek – Kalahari Region (Arrival)
Go south into the enormous Kalahari Desert from Windhoek. This semi-desert region is distinguished by its sporadic acacia trees, golden grass plains, and deep red dunes. Spend the night in the Kalahari Region.
Kalahari Region – Fish River Canyon
Head south after breakfast. See the neighboring Giant's Playground rock formations and the distinctive Garas Quiver Tree Forest. Proceed to your accommodation in the vicinity of Fish River Canyon. Spend the night in Fish River Canyon. (B)
Fish River Canyon – Lüderitz
See the breathtaking Fish River Canyon after breakfast. Proceed to the seaside town of Lüderitz after crossing the Naute Dam. Make a stop in Garub along the way to see the Namib Desert's Wild Horses. Spend the night in Lüderitz. (B)
Lüderitz – Namib Desert
Visit Kolmanskop, a ghost town, after breakfast. Proceed northward into the Namib Desert via broad plains and the Tiras Mountains. Spend the night in the Namib Desert. (B
