Kandy (Arrival)
Greetings from Sri Lanka! We'll meet you and take you to Kandy. Visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage on way. Spend the night in Kandy. (D)
Kandy:
After breakfast, take a morning tour of the city, stopping at places including Market Square, Upper Lake Drive, and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Visit the Gem and Lapidary Museum later. Spend the night in Kandy. (B, D)
Kandy - Colombo
Check out and be taken to Colombo after breakfast. Start your tour of the city of Colombo as soon as you arrive. See the historic Dutch Hospital complex, the Fort, Sea Street, and the Goldsmiths Quarters in the center of Pettah Bazaar. See the Independence Square and the Avukana Buddha replica at the BMICH. The remainder of the day is spent relaxing. Spend the night in Colombo. (B, D)
